Dr. Sanjay Sachdeva is one of India’s most senior and nationally acclaimed ENT and Skull Base Surgeons, currently serving as Chairman – ENT & Head & Neck Surgery at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, New Delhi.

With nearly four decades of experience, he has handled thousands of complex ENT surgeries, including advanced cochlear implants and minimally invasive skull base procedures. Dr. Sachdeva completed his MBBS, DCH, and MS (ENT) at Maulana Azad Medical College and associated hospitals (LNJP & G.B. Pant), University of Delhi. He is an esteemed Life Member of the Association of Otolaryngology of India (AOI), Indian Association of Surgeons for Sleep Apnoea (IASSA), Cochlear Implant Group of India, Skull Base Surgery Society of India, Indian Academy of Pediatrics, and the Airway Management Foundation.

• International Training: Pursued specialized cochlear implant training at the Nuclear Cochlear Implant Centre in Australia, in Würzburg, Germany, and at the Bionic Ear Institute in Melbourne.
• Leadership Roles: Currently serves as Principal Director – ENT & Head & Neck Surgery at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket (2010–Present). He has previously served as a Senior Consultant at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals (13+ years) and Director of ENT & Head & Neck Surgery at Fortis Healthcare.
• Academic Contributions: Co-author of "Easy Guide to Ear, Nose and Throat" (with a foreword by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam) and "Complications in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery". He actively contributes to endoscopic sinus and anterior skull base surgery literature, serves as Editor for the “ENT What’s New?” journal, and is a regular faculty member at live surgery workshops and international conferences.
